Manon de Lanooi is trained in Europe,  born and raised in the Caribbean. This has given her both insights and cultural sensitivity to combine and respect the different perspectives involved. 

Has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the private and Government sector, ranging from start ups to the facilitation of the dismantling of the Dutch Antilles. Additional work experience also include Change Management projects in the US and Mexico.  

Trained as a business professional (MBA) Manon is able to combine hard skills such as organizational design and strategy with soft skills, to facilitate the desired vision and to get people on board. 

Adding value is essential when doing business which sometimes means postponing or rejecting a project.
